JMP consists of a talented and cohesive team that works on a variety of interesting projects ranging from toy invention to entertainment properties and brand marketing. The company is regarded as a world-class invention resource. As a result, the JMP experience is a rewarding one.

This may be a con for only those who are used to working for a large and highly structured organization, as JMP is a fast-paced and results-oriented environment that requires employees to wear many hats. Definitely not a negative in my opinion, but may be to some.

Company has so much potential for doing great work. The office is amazing & the people who work there are very talented.

The owner has to have is fingerprints on everything, he does not trust the people he hires to do their job & feels that he has to micromanage them.
