Pros

- Sometimes you may get good opportunities to learn/work on new technology. - Also there, So called Small CEO will be there. That person has a separate team, if you wanna grow faster/learn useful stuffs you should get some place in that team. Because that person who the one decides, who will work on which technology/project. Also they do involve in *Pre-Sales*, so obviously they know everything.

Cons

- Poor *HR* Management(actually no management) 1. You won't get your benefits(gratuity,bonus) which was taken from your salary after you left the company. If you called them, they won't pick or they may say false reasons. Few people not yet got their even left 2-3 years ago. 2. You won't get anything from them on time, any letter or approval. Because they won't even think, that is their work. 3. If you ask so many questions to HR, you'll be under micro-management after that. 4. Even you'll not get your experience & relieving letter when you leave, you have to wait for 1-2 months. Because HR having some issue with his so called brain. 5. They'll conduct some meetings and give some speech with vulgar content/insulting their employees, which they will justify as sarcasm. Will get strong support from the so called management. If anyone complain them, better the employee has to leave. - Very Very Poor Employee benefits: You don't have anything like that, first of all. - Fake Promises and Cheat their loyalties 1. They always say people oriented company and we have more transparency. BUT they don't! They even cheat people who worked/working there for 6-7+ years, that's the painful thing. - Often changes on their policy 1. They change their policy often, when any one of their employee does anything right. They won't tell you unless you go and ask. -Finally, POLITICS. 1. Few people are there, like family. You have to please them all if you wanna work in good projects and good names from CEO. 2. If you are include any one of them in any events, they'll take revenge on projects like 2year kid. 3. You have to praise their work or praise their outlook if you want some good names. Funniest thing is some people are doing it and staying under their shadow without any skills.

Direct client experience. Fast-paced, intense learning environment.

Cons

The pace can be intense during peak delivery cycles, especially when balancing multiple client priorities - typical of consulting/ finance though.
