Disaster - Underwriting JMAC Lending Employee Review

I left my previous company in June of last year, and I have to say it’s been a great move for me. Management in each department actually works together to improve every step of the process and welcomes feedback from employees. This is the right way to improve a company from the bottom up. It’s been a while since I’ve had a direct supervisor who is truly amazing and unafraid to get involved with the issues that arise with each and every loan. I’m excited to grow with this company and look forward to the amazing progress to come.

I can't come up with any cons at the moment

I think it's interesting that if you're not in the network of an Operations Exec with any company this person goes to you; you don't get an interview or even considered. No matter how strong you are for the position.

Nepotisim is a problem in any company.
