      Pros

      Other than providing me a job for 6 months before being laid off, none

      Cons

      My immediate supervisor was very condescending to the point of creating a "hostile" work environment. The owners were aware of my close relative being in a hospital ISU and could not even ask how they were doing or showing any kind of normal concern for an employee having a relative in that condition. There was a lot of favoritism for a small group of employees over all others and what seemed to me a high turnover rate for the short time I was there.

      Pros

      I left my previous company in June of last year, and I have to say it’s been a great move for me. Management in each department actually works together to improve every step of the process and welcomes feedback from employees. This is the right way to improve a company from the bottom up. It’s been a while since I’ve had a direct supervisor who is truly amazing and unafraid to get involved with the issues that arise with each and every loan. I’m excited to grow with this company and look forward to the amazing progress to come.

      Pros

      I think it's interesting that if you're not in the network of an Operations Exec with any company this person goes to you; you don't get an interview or even considered. No matter how strong you are for the position.

      Cons

      Nepotisim is a problem in any company.
