An employee-centered company - Senior Java Developer JMA Resources Employee Review

I have worked full time for JMA Resources for over four years. Company vision and leadership is top notch. There are a bunch of IT companies that you can work for but you won’t find a more professional company with high integrity that serves their clients and employees well.

Young company, not really a con in my opinion. Great place to get in on the ground floor and watch it grow.

JMA goes the extra mile for every single employee and thats so rare. I was privileged to experience working for a company such as JMA, and dont think I will ever get that chance ever again.  People that talked about JMA have nothing but great things to say, and thats a testament to the hardwork of all the employees. Just the other day I was speaking with one of their client higher-ups about them and they said, " JMA is one of the contracting companies thats just doing incredible work". Just wanted to pass that along.

Not sure this is a con, young growing company.
