      The lies they tell you.

      This organization is so sad. #1 They have 1 contract #2 its being led into the ground. #3 They will lie to you if your non billable #4 everything you see here on positive reviews was probably forced on someone or fake #4 its extremely back stabbing #% Sr, management doesn't have a clue. (yes you will report to them) #6 job security (good luck) #7 incompetent people. #8 crazy direction #9 this is a kindergarten gone wrong. Brainless.

      Pros

      I have worked full time for JMA Resources for over four years. Company vision and leadership is top notch. There are a bunch of IT companies that you can work for but you won’t find a more professional company with high integrity that serves their clients and employees well.

      Cons

      Young company, not really a con in my opinion. Great place to get in on the ground floor and watch it grow.

      Pros

      Great management who keep you engaged. Very good compensation. They have realistic customers. Growing company, sure to be more opportunities. Management is transparent and will inspire your confidence. You always feel they make the best decisions for the employee.

      Cons

      Small company for now but a growing set of opportunities. Small group of customers although they are actively growing their portfolio.
