      Pros

      Jenn, the owner of the firm, creates a great atmosphere to work in. The projects are fast paced and engaging, but never overwhelming or too difficult. Everyone on the team cares about the work that we do. The firm aims to create genuine communities, and I feel like I am able to do that through our projects.

      I have nothing bad to say!

      Pros

      Have been working at JM Goldson for 6 months while finishing my masters in urban planning. It's a great team and the projects are varied and interesting, ranging from housing production plans to master plans and community preservation. Great to work on projects that address the widespread housing affordability crisis. I have enjoyed working with a variety of towns and cities of various sizes and Jenn and the team are enthusiastic and very easy to work with. It has been a particularly great learning experience to compliment my degree program and Jenn has been very positive and helpful in balancing my responsibilities and opportunities to learn.

      Juggling a variety of projects can be stressful at times
