      I enjoyed the interview process

      Cons

      JLS said they like risk-takers, so I quit my previous job to work for JLS. I was then promptly fired. So my advice to future applicants is to play it safe and do not quit your first job until you have worked at JLS for at least 1 year

      The HR Department is really nice and responses to emails.

      Pros

      Really chill environment, everyone works off of respect and trust for each other. Your hard work is seen and rewarded. Emphasis on efficiency and making things more optimized.

      Cons

      Remote, so no real contact with most of the company, ends up feeling kinda detached.
