Pros

Pay is decent. Also, if you are new at teaching, this company can be a good place to experience and learn until you find your true color as a teacher. They also have good resources such as website/online learning program and so on.

Cons

No breaks. Also, during summer/winter breaks, you have to teach for literally 9~10 hours a day non stop. They do have a very flash website and system but from an intermediate level (which is from there LSA level), you'll see how the content doesn't drive kids to actually learn English. (It sort of relies mainly on meaningless memorization.) Lastly, they have a huge level jump at the end of their Elementary school curriculum (when going to MSA level from LSD level). The books and debate topics are simply too much for majority of kids.

Pros

It's always wonderful working with both the staff and the students. The students are generally respectful and are eager to learn.

Cons

There are a limited number of hours offered to teachers simply due to the program design.

Pros

Great coworkers and staff. Most learning material is provided. Getting to work with students from first grade to middle school (depending on your class load).

Cons

Can be a high stress environment. May get a lot of work throughout the semester (may depend on location).
