Pros
I worked at this branch for almost seven years. I enjoyed most of my time there, we are given lots of time to prepare and given a lot of leeway on how I plan or conduct lessons. The coteachers are largely very supportive and helpful. The students are excellent. The provided apartment was small but very new and clean. Pay was always accurate and on time.
Cons
Management and communication are a bit lacking. There were only three non-Korean teachers when I was there so we were often overlooked or not-informed about upcoming events or schedule changes. The management also refuses to speak to you directly (the principal spoke to me only a handful of times in the seven years I worked there), so there can be a broken telephone effect if you aren't careful.
