Pros
Love to develop their people. Have had the opportunity to do some amazing things from the day I started there. The company is on a rapid expansion plan at the moment and is a secure job, and you can see how your work impacts the company directly.
Cons
Currently going through a major culture change, to which there is an amount of resistance. Also has an endemic case of lack of communication between departments (although what large company doesn't?). The rapid expansion has also meant a lot of people taking on responsibility that is far above their pay grade and has impacted a lot of people's work/life balance. I come in to the office early, and rarely leave on time.
