Fantastic people. Greate team working and extreamly capable colleagues. Rapidily growing company with lots of opportunity to develop. Take into account your transferrable skills and behaviors and expect you to seek new opportunities after 2 years. Interesting and varied work with plenty of challenge.
Cons
Rapid growth means stretching roles and difficult not to work long hours. High expectations to move at speed but not enough staff in place to do the work. Many complaints around work and life balance. Noticed a mismatch between the Senior management team and managers responsible for day to day activities in terms of their behavior.
