Excellent product and brand image. If you get the right manager they can really impact your work in positive way. Board and very senior leaders have great and exciting vision and strategy for the future. New HR model very effective for HR colleagues. Pays well
Cons
Work life balance, chaotic, struggling to work strategically. Can be very tactical and reactive. Lack of line manager capability can cause issues in new HR operating model as they still want us to be traditional consultants doing their people management for them
