Pros
Most of the people at JLR are lovely to work with, always willing to help. The products are amazing too.
Cons
Getting anything done can take a long time as a lot of processes are broken, or just don't exist. It's lost the feeling of being a team, and it feels a lot of people are there just to have the name on their CV. The leadership lack visibility.
