JLR does not run traditional individual performance processes based on ranking people agains set criteria, instead it promotes regular feedback, communication, growth mindset. this creates a stress-free and positive work environment.
Cons
Moving ahead and being progressive means the tools we use and JLR partners are not always compatible with the way of work. There is always a catch-up challenge.
