Great benefits, but the unlimited PTO is misleading

Cons

The culture is exclusive, not inclusive. Consistent unrealistic work expectations are the norm and office politics are unmanageable. Staff turnover is exceptionally high and if you decide to accept an offer have a backup plan. Management will seem charming in the interview, but soon after starting it will become evident this place is completely out-of-touch with reality.

Just like any other CPA firm, work hours can get hectic during busy season.

Cons

having to train offshoring team to do your job, hard to live off the pay that is offered in this economy, micromanagement by senior management, staff keep disappearing, no job security
