Pros

I have nothing good to say about this company. Not the kind of place anyone would want to be working in. If you really don't like someone who needs a job, send them here. It would probably be the worst thing you would have ever recommended to them. The work that's expected of you here is way more than the pay you will be offered here, believe it.

Cons

NO BENEFITS. This will be explained to you in their interview, but that doesn't make things any better. All they do is micromanage here. Would prefer if we had more than 30 minute lunches here, sometimes afternoon traffic does not allow us enough time to go out and get lunch in less than 30 minutes unless you like eating Taco Bell every day. The owner, Scott is really the worst part of this place. His unprofessional attitude is enough to make anyone here miserable, and it's unnecessary, because he actually has good people here working for him, but he doesn't show appreciation for that at all. Scott really doesn't even deserve to have these people here putting up with his negative behavior. It's very obvious he isn't at peace or happy with himself, so I would advise to avoid this place if you can. You can do better, and he doesn't deserve you.

Thank you for acknowledging that you were informed that we do not offer benefits and that our team is great. However you were also informed that lunch breaks Can be 30 minutes or an hour depending on your preference. I understand that you are upset because you were let go and like you mentioned working at JJL Process is a good place with good people, I also understand that when someone gets fired this website seems like a good place to vent thus misleading people, I believe that the positive reviews are sincere considering that we all get along great even with those who get fired and I include myself because those who actually work with me know it. You were given 3 different opportunities in 3 different departments and still you did not make an effort to improve you performance at which point you were let go because like you said we have great people and it would not be fair for them to have to do your job while you are more focused in searching the web. No need to make up stuff about me micromanaging considering that we really did not get to interact much. Best regards, Scott Levine
