Pros
My manager is very supportive and helpful. She even took us out to lunch a few times. If I ever had any questions the answer was only a phone call away. The compensation was fair, but unfortunately no benefits were offered. I would recommend JJL to anyone who is looking for a job. I like that we all help each other and there is no egos on the way. Scott is very helpful and smart which is good if he is the one leading the boat. I made a couple of suggestions and I felt like they really considered my input by taking my ideas and I already feel like part of the team more than part of a company.
Cons
Not really cons but apparently they used to hire a lot of white trash and now you can hear the comments from your coworkers about how many haters are there.
