Pros

The people here are friendly and that was one of the biggest I stuck around for so long. Is a good opportunity to get your foot in the door with work experience after college. A lot of overtime, this could be a blessing and a curse.

Cons

Long hours at time, especially at quarter ends. Work weeks can total up to 60+ hours and there was always an underlying reminder that you could be replaced if they were not satisfied with your work. A lot of employees get burnt out and it could be taxing on an individual. Being thrown in the bus is rather common from managers.

upper management takes responsibility for deadlines, they will work it out with us. everyone is dedicated.

Pros

They pay weekly, offer decent benefits, and are very much invested in keeping up with the technologic changes in the industry.

Cons

Expect unrealistic expectations, extreme micromanagement, and lack of respect for their employees, This company expects immediate results with no company training. You could be extremely talented and they will set you up for failure.
