      Interesting, cross cultural, and for the benefit of people.

      Rigid burocracy and high rotation of Japanese personnel keep the burden on a few permanent NS, yet NS can't really grow within the organization.

      - Technically solid organization - good hearted and hard working people - Work for a good cause - Very nice benefit package - Good experience of Japanese culture

      Cons

      - Excessive paper work - sometimes too detailed - Japanese working culture ad ethics are dominant, could be a challenge accommodating but overall it becomes a great experience
