Owners trust way too much on their management and should be pay more attention to what is going on under the chain....example:good employees that had been there for many years leaving all at the same time after GM was change.....new people coming all related to new GM in certain way....people who waited and worked there many years waiting for opportunities to grow left behind.... A shame...I use to love my work there but due to lack of opportunity to grow within the company I had to leave...Thank you Mr. Rama for many years you are a wonderful person and example.
