If you get the right forman and on the right job site you may have a decent chance to enjoy work.
Cons
no tools to get the job done right, lack of prints to do lay out work. compleat incompantant management. Dishonesty is their policy place the pipe in the rack even if its in the wrong location and demand payment. if your not a kelly ranger good luck in advancement.
