      Pros

      I worked there twice for a total of 4+ years and I cant give not one Pros. for working there. they had one good manager there for 2+ years and pushed him out after they used him.

      Cons

      every thing is smoke, mirrors & lies, a lot of back stabling goes on a daily bases there. they are always broke, you will always have to fight to get the money they owe you for travel. you are always lied to, they promise you things and don't follow through, always threaten to fire every one, it is a constant revolving door, there work force is mostly always from contracted unskilled temp labor company's.

      Management and production can butt heads sometimes.

      Pros

      Great team environment Fair pay Opportunity for experience in multiple crafts Long term project potential

      Cons

      No benefits for temp workers until 7 months of service Ownership and upper management vision for the company does not coincide with retaining valuable talent long term Communications between office and field is lacking Personal relationships with the right people will dictate how far you go with this group. Not necessarily merit or skill.
