Cares about their employees - Anonymous employee JGC Employee Review

JGC cares about their employees and it shows in so much of what they do for us. Since the Houston office, is a start up office, things have started slowly but I can see a successful path forward. Someone mentioned the 50 people layoff (it was actually a furlough) and JGC did that many months after other engineering companies had started their layoffs. It should not be seen as a negative for JGC as JGC was just responding to the downturn of the market.
