Pros
Many hardworking employees, most don’t mind putting in long hours. Most employees are happy to help each other, when asked nicely Most work process/procedures for engineering are in available Office in nice location( Minatomirai)
Cons
Still very much a Japanese company (Seniority based promotion, although it is not written in the system but that’s the reality) Most management are middle aged Japanese guy with wife at home dealing with everything. So, understanding towards employees where both parents are working could be improved. Like to shuffle organization every 1-2yrs to create new positions, too many managers but most are still doing frontline jobs instead of actual corporate management.
