8yThank you for providing us with a review of working at JG Pest Control, we are always disappointed when we receive negative feedback from a former employee.
We have to respectfully disagree with the comments you raise under Cons.
We have a number of channels for communication and to raise any issues employees may be having in relation to their role. Any misunderstanding regarding work and logistics can be raised via our QA team, operations, HR or the relevant line manager.
Our overtime is paid based on the hours that technician’s submit daily, based on the additional hours worked. The only occasion this is not paid is if it isn’t submitted.
All of our management team are both RSPH Level 2 trained and CRRU, they all began their positions with JG on the road undertaking customer jobs, therefore have a solid understanding of pest control.
Money deductions are only ever made if a customer has paid and the money has not been paid in by the employee. Employees are reminded before it reaches this stage that they still have company monies in their possession.
All information relating to jobs and job instructions, technicians should read these before attending a job to ensure they understand the nature of the customers issue. We do not expect any of our technicians to attend a job without understanding what the issue is.
