Pros

Some wonderful co-workers Competitive salary Free in-office lunch

Cons

Politics during global all-hands calls - if you aren't pro-the country this company was founded in this will not be a good fit for you and if you say anything critical you will be fired. Gaslighting - Multiple anecdotes and personal experience with people being let go for reasons that are a complete surprise to them and co-workers. RTO - Will be enforced vigorously by WFH leadership. Even if you come into the office per the requirements you will be let go if you aren't happy enough about it. Culture of fear - everyone thinks they are on the chopping block and because of this no one speaks out or feels comfortable sharing feedback with leadership.

Pros

Great People - You can rely on your coworkers Great Culture - Everyone has a go getter attitude, very willing to help. Fun and frequent work events Great Compensation - Market rates + RSUs Lots of room to grow - Company is growing, offers and supports moving up and even transitions roles Work life balance - Work life balance is good Training - lots of time to ramp up. Very surprised and impressed by how much time they give you to get ready to work on your own. Challenging - This might be a negative for some people, but the work is challenging, a lot is expected of you.

Cons

Not too many cons from my perspective. Probably the best corporate job I've ever had. Training - While I mentioned this as a pro. I felt the training was long and difficult to retain. Most of the learning comes from doing your job Challenging work, but if you can hang with it. It is very rewarding
