Pros

● Highly Professional Team: Collaborating with skilled professionals dedicated to advancing technology. ● Adaptive Work Model: The hybrid schedule—with three mandatory office days and supportive remote work options—ensures a positive work-life balance. ● Challenging and Meaningful Work: The role involves overseeing complex integrations across various systems and departments, contributing to significant technological progress.

Cons

● Limited Social and Event Benefits: The offerings related to treats and special events are modest compared to industry standards; options like happy hours and snack selections could be further enhanced. ● Short-Term Focus in Problem Resolution: There are instances where decisions tend to favor immediate fixes over more comprehensive, long-term solutions, suggesting an opportunity for deeper strategic problem-solving.

Pros

Great People - You can rely on your coworkers Great Culture - Everyone has a go getter attitude, very willing to help. Fun and frequent work events Great Compensation - Market rates + RSUs Lots of room to grow - Company is growing, offers and supports moving up and even transitions roles Work life balance - Work life balance is good Training - lots of time to ramp up. Very surprised and impressed by how much time they give you to get ready to work on your own. Challenging - This might be a negative for some people, but the work is challenging, a lot is expected of you.

Cons

Not too many cons from my perspective. Probably the best corporate job I've ever had. Training - While I mentioned this as a pro. I felt the training was long and difficult to retain. Most of the learning comes from doing your job Challenging work, but if you can hang with it. It is very rewarding
