Pros

Great place to connect with many interesting people. There are lots of hard working and smart people the company had somehow managed to hire. The DevOps market is interesting. Be prepared to sell some vaporware as you learn to pitch bleeding edge products.

Cons

If you enjoy being rear ended at any hour of their choosing, then you will do fine here. If you accept being told to wear white togas, clap to praise your anointed leaders to his/her favorite tune, travel internationally in coach class middle seat to attend Swamp Power party somewhere in the Middle East, wake up at 2am to be told how great the company is, have no control of your personal life, then you will do fine here.

Pros

Having spent a long career in tech, JFrog is easily a top-tier employer. The leadership genuinely cares, the product is an industry standard, and the work-life balance is excellent.

Cons

Because the company is growing so quickly, things change fast. It can be a challenge to keep up with the rapid pace of evolution, but it's an exciting environment if you enjoy staying on your toes.

Pros

Great People - You can rely on your coworkers Great Culture - Everyone has a go getter attitude, very willing to help. Fun and frequent work events Great Compensation - Market rates + RSUs Lots of room to grow - Company is growing, offers and supports moving up and even transitions roles Work life balance - Work life balance is good Training - lots of time to ramp up. Very surprised and impressed by how much time they give you to get ready to work on your own. Challenging - This might be a negative for some people, but the work is challenging, a lot is expected of you.

Cons

Not too many cons from my perspective. Probably the best corporate job I've ever had. Training - While I mentioned this as a pro. I felt the training was long and difficult to retain. Most of the learning comes from doing your job Challenging work, but if you can hang with it. It is very rewarding
