Don’t get your hopes up - Closing Coordinator JFQ Lending Employee Review

Been there for a little over two years. Got one raise. Was promised cross training a couple months ago, never happened. Had a bunch of people on our team get let go. They have let go maybe over 50 people in about 60. They will not train you. And if they do, they will barely do that. Upper management makes you believe things are fine, but it’s things like this that has left current employees not trust them any more
