      Pros

      Coworkers are amazing. Open to make changes and improvements to the program. Good work hours (you can choose your shift hours: 8-4, 8:30-4:30 or 9-5). Meaningful job.

      Cons

      Lack of SOPs and a proper onboarding. Lack of follow up from leadership.

      I like what I do.

      Cons

      The management has a "do it my way" mindset that results in copies of the same work packaged differently. Some managers don't understand how departments work so there is a lack of advocacy and direction when things gets dicey.
