Pros

Great culture. Very young office and keeps morale high. The industry is very testing. Good days are GOOD days. Bad days are bad. Very rewarding in the end. I knew nothing about freight coming into the role, and I feel very knowledgeable. Great sales trainers, especially for people new to sales. Great opportunity if you get lucky and GRIND

Cons

New hire training pushes a little too hard, but the training process was very worth it. Also, the call volume quotas a little high for people working on busy accounts with established brokers. Always scared of being fired if you're not hitting numbers when management says the industry is a lot more so "being in the place at the right time" ie; luck. Fear mongering=motivation? Lots of rejection- any sales job. Almost a non-livable wage until you're on commission. VERY LOW PAY Almost feel bullied into staying late with no pay.

Pros

Frist professional job. Learned a lot about the grind and what it takes to be successful in sales. Office is pretty cool and the met a ton of nice people.

Cons

Sales just ended up not being for me. I dont really have any negatives to put here. I got a lot of experience with selling, which was pretty new to me.

Pros

Easy to make friends when you are young out of college. Most people here are in their 20s. Learning experience. If you want wolf of Wall Street for trucks this is the job for you

Cons

Managers are working to get people moving up to make a bonus. When you start you do the brokers job for them while they sit on their phones getting paid 10 times less. The only time it’s balanced is on the weekend when the broker works and you don’t. Get money now motivation is cool is some cases but here people will chop your legs from under to get money. Mostly upper management working to get a bonus. Extremely toxic with some people. Cold call 70 times a day. Management motives are very contradicting and hypocritical. If you are successful you won’t have a life.
