Everyone is super supportive and always willing to jump in and help, no matter the team. Communication across the company is strong and transparent, which makes a big difference day to day. The benefits are also amazing, and being in a 100% remote work environment is a huge plus. Even though we’re remote, the company brings everyone together at least once or twice a year, which makes it easy to connect with the whole team. On top of that, the culture is genuinely fun—you can tell people enjoy working here, and it makes the environment really positive.
