Morale is super low with crazy high turnover: for good reasons Training is inadequate and expectations high-sink or swim It's taken for granted that you will work for free ( you will skip your breaks, never pee or eat) You will drive in unsafe vehicles or in unsafe conditions, real life examples: I reported both front tires were dangerously low, they put me in another van-and sent someone else out on those under-inflated tires with a full load! They expected staff to deliver during the March 13th storm during 90+MPH winds in a high-profile front wheel drive, AND penalized those who refused. The bottom line matters way more than you They are the lowest paying delivery contractor at the COS delivery station
