Pros
- Great benefits and days off - Generous office space — snacks in pantry, bagel Fridays, ice cream socials during the summer, sit/standing desks, occasional fun events - *Some* roles provide great work life balance, you can come in and leave on time.
Cons
- The company appears to value diversity but doesn't strive to be inclusive in reality - HR department is led by incompetent leaders, ignorant of low morale in the office, and poor at managing crises - Employees have been transparent and expressive about their concerns but Senior Management have yet to make any improvements. - Certain bad behavior in the office often goes unpunished depending on who you are - I've observed that some POC/non-Jewish employees are not valued/recognized for their contribution, often excluded from key planning/decision-making processes, and lack career opportunities - Dysfunctional processes and bureaucracy makes it challenging to get work done
