They have a tier system that based off the years your with the company. So first two years you range between 25-35 and hour based off how many jobs you sell. And then also bonuses attached to anything after five sold hours. You can make decent paycheck

Because it’s based off how long you been at the company. If you have years of experience you make same amount as the green guy who becomes a technician

Decent pay and they take you to lunch frequently.

The company has hired a bunch of kids straight out of school for apprenticeship programs yet they have 2, well had 2 including me, technicians who have more than 5 years of experience. It's not really a service company, it's more of a maintenance company who clean coils and checks amp draw and caps but when it's time to do an actual repair hardly anyone knows how to do it. The owner has never even done HVAC and my supervisor had no clue about HVAC service or even his way around a unit. Not sure how you become a supervisor for an HVAC company without knowing how to do HVAC work.
