      Flexible work schedule is nice.

      Cons

      Lots of upset customers that don’t like you even though you’ve never been to their home they’re already mad from poor service in the past from other techs.

      Pros

      Absolutely none that I can think of.

      Cons

      The company policy is no Paid Time Off the first 12 months of employment. If you get sick, you don't get paid if you don't go in. Have a family matter and have to take off a day, you don't get paid. Want to take a vacation....you are not getting a check for that week. And, you don't begin to accrue vacation until year 2.
