Pay is horrible , Everything is outdated no AC for the summer or heat for the winter. After almost 2 yrs I know of one person on the AP team in the district that got a promotion, no support from upper management at all , no pay rises or bonuses no matter how many apprehension or internals you get but send out emails stating no one in the company will receive anything but it was all a lie . Managers and above all still received them March 2025 , most locations CCTV systems are always down , or just don't work at all. They push apprehensions when at times certain locations foot traffic doesn't exist for sometimes hours and the store make less than a few hundred dollars from hour to hour. Most stores I've worked at culture is all bad. Starting with the GM they treat employees like old trash. They don't provide you with the tools to succeed at the position. It could be something simple like PC monitors or fixing CCTV, I've went weeks without a camera system . Can't do internals without CCTV or even watch customers.
