Pros

Employee discount, some nice co-workers.

Cons

Sigh. They called me in for training after I had been hired, and I came in on the right time they asked. I didnt think the training would be too long, maybe a couple hours. I was there the whole day for training, without any warning. Okay......Mistakes happen. But then I was told I had to show up for more training........at 5am. Then, I was told to check the schedule online to see when I would be working. I had about two days of work. After those two days, two weeks went by without anything on the schedule for me, and I had no number to call an HR rep about my work schedule. Finally I was called, only to be met with a "Well why didnt you call us?" Are you kidding me? Its not my responsibility to make my schedule, its yours as my employer! And when I finally did start getting regular hours, every single manager and supervisor told me differently how to do my job! The last day I worked there it nearly drove me to tears. I only lasted a month there.

Pros

If you like working early morning hours and getting off early in the afternoon (which I do) this is a great part-time job. I was a college student when I worked here so it worked perfectly with my schedule. The pay is pretty decent and the people you work with are friendly.

Cons

Only real downside is that it's retail. You're going to run into some rude customers from time to time. There's always work to do and not enough time given to do it sometimes. But as long as you work hard and managers see that you're trying your best there isn't too much pressure put on you.
