      The headquarters building is terrific and includes a daycare, doctors' office, pharmacy/store, gym, cafeterias and coffee shops, a Starbucks, and more.

      Cons

      Management fears new ideas and rewards only those who keep their heads down and never bring new ideas to the table or rock the boat.
