Pros
Company is improving merchandise and assoicate relations over the past few years. Lots of opportunity for advancement for Management. Better schedule rotation then most retail companys. Company is reaching out to younger trending customers by bringing in new merchandinse and concepts.
Cons
Old school management and employees are unflexiable and not as open to change. Change is forced on stores by Home Office Management. Many stores are in need of major updates and renovations.
