      Flexible hours, if you have a problem, managers are very willing to work with you

      Training felt a little lacking, when I was let out on the floor, I didn't feel confident I could do my job the right way

      its a good starter job for someone in high school

      Cons

      schedule would change at the drop of a hat without being asked about availability. supervisors never answered their phones if you needed to contact them
