Pros
All of my Co-workers were great I enjoy working with almost all of them the only personal I had a problem with at the JCPenney I work at is the horrible horrible managment! Seriously I cannot stress how much I enjoy all of my co-workers and lower management we all get along great and can get our jobs done while still having fun!
Cons
Management is awful our 3 highest paid managers have all worked there a shorter time than my self (I have only worked at JCP for 1 year) and they all (save for 1) have only got highschool diplomas! One has a degree, the GM does not. The GM has never spoken to me personally when he would need to tell me or any other staff member something he goes through the lower management to tell us. The upper management is unorganized, condescending, and all they care about is Icaps. They threatened to fire us if we were not reaching Icap goals. They do not care how good of employees we are they don't care that we work hard the only thing they review is how good we can sell credit. They are changing the dress code and forcing us to buy new clothing, which is difficult for a part time student such as my self who is doing well to pull in 15-20 hours a week at 7.50$ an hour. I have worked faithfully at Penney's for over a year and have not seen a dime more. Now you tell me why I should sell credit cards for them.
