Pros

Lots of amenities at the Home Office in Plano, Tx. Daycare, gym, clinic, cafeteria, food delivery service, pharmacy, coffee shop, covered parking, walking distance to really neat shops and places to eat, beautiful landscape, FUN FRIDAYS (cook-outs, farmer markets, food trucks, beer), massage chairs, quiet room.

Cons

There is constant spin and changing and redoing things. Leadership will not take any risks and does not trust their teams. Most people are out for themselves and will throw anyone under the bus to make sure they can get ahead. Too many leaders and managers have a say in everything. Constant "dog and pony show" to upper management. Spend so much time dealing with following the "process" and preparing for pointless meetings (wayyy too many meetings some weeks over 30 hours of meetings) No clear direction from leadership. Hard to move to another department.

Pros

If you like working early morning hours and getting off early in the afternoon (which I do) this is a great part-time job. I was a college student when I worked here so it worked perfectly with my schedule. The pay is pretty decent and the people you work with are friendly.

Cons

Only real downside is that it's retail. You're going to run into some rude customers from time to time. There's always work to do and not enough time given to do it sometimes. But as long as you work hard and managers see that you're trying your best there isn't too much pressure put on you.
