Pros

Pension (for those hired before December 31, 2006), 401k, associate discount, flexibility with scheduling

Cons

You can only get the full 25% associate discount when you use preferred methods of payment; management will have pets, making their opinions very biased. Pay is not fair at all; you need to be friends with the management when you get hired on to get a higher pay scale. Working holidays like Thanksgiving and around Christmas are horrible. I was never able to travel out of state around the holidays to visit family (and of course that was the ONLY time that all of my relatives would get together--we live all over).

Pros

Laid back work, nice people to work with.

Cons

Sales driven. There doesn't seem to be much training on how they want the cashiers to do their job.

Pros

The employee discounts were alright

Cons

As a Cashier or Omni associate they don't take you seriously. Leadership loves to play hot potato with responsibilities and many times cashiers gets stuck with it. When dealing with angry customers they the managers don't show up or completely undermine you making you look like an ___.
