In the store where I work, the supervisor in charge of schedules, only gives good hours to the people who brown nose her. She feels she can do anything without reprisal. Her basic idea is to control with fear, intimidation, retribution. She does not keep information confidental. The store manager lets her do what she wants, because he does not like confrontation.
