Cons
there is absolutely no training at all provided. You must have knowledge of the Microsoft office suite especially excel and also the share point program. If you do not, you definitely will not last with this company. You are thrown to the wolves when given any task to perform and you better be able to swim or you will drown! It is a family owned business and they are of indian descent. It is quite difficult to communicate with a majority of the office employees due to the language barrier and in my opinion, due to their ethnicity, there values, priorities, and treatment of other employees of a different race other than their own, especially of American descent, is horrible! They are very secretive people and do not include you in their circle if you are not so called "one of them". They are nasty and rude!
