Bonus & pay is good

A toxic culture where those who have “cable” in the office get promoted, along with many ridiculous rules. We are required to come to work early and leave late. We’re even expected not to take MC, how is that possible? We are overworked, yet defenceless, and only end up being taken advantage of. The pay may be good, but is it really worth it? You end up throwing away your soul and mental health for people who will replace you the very next day. Most team leaders, assistant managers, and especially managers will only protect themselves when there’s trouble.

No pros in here at CA

1. New KPI follow hours, you need to achieve KPI follow hours, even KPI for 8.15pm is 600, but if not achieve you will stay until achieve even on 9pm you stay, ot just calculate on 8.15pm, so waste your time. 2. Japan staff come, but you need come before 8am, not paid as OT, then still back home late. 3. Later CA will have shift, already like retail position. 4. OT have scheduled everyday. Monday and Tuesday will ot until 9pm. 5. Annual Leave need to apply 1 month before, so if you suddenly want to apply leave, forget it, you need provide proof.
