- management no function - today say this tomorrow say something different - contract say work start 9am but need to be in office by 8:30am to clean the office - SOP oriented no matter the result

Bonus & pay is good

A toxic culture where those who have “cable” in the office get promoted, along with many ridiculous rules. We are required to come to work early and leave late. We’re even expected not to take MC, how is that possible? We are overworked, yet defenceless, and only end up being taken advantage of. The pay may be good, but is it really worth it? You end up throwing away your soul and mental health for people who will replace you the very next day. Most team leaders, assistant managers, and especially managers will only protect themselves when there’s trouble.
