The pay is not great.

Pros? Ummmm. Decent amount of PTO although when you take PTO someone always has something to say about “must be nice to take off”

Crappy pay and terrible benefits Gossipy staff who care more about talking about everyone behind their back than actually working Unproductive staff meetings that are often one sided Very old school way of thinking “this is how it’s always been done” by employees who have been there 20+ years. Those employees continue to push people out when really they are the ones that need to move on
